Walrus Art is one of the six skins released under the Art Mania offer. It could be purchased on an individual basis with game coins in late January 2018.
Walrus Art could be purchased in the Skins Shop under the 'Art' tab for 490 coins. This skin was available for a limited time and may not be available for purchase in the future.

Note: The Art Mania offer has been released many times after its original 2018 debut. While the included skins remained the same, the prices did vary between these limited time releases. All releases of the Walrus Art skin were priced at either 490 or 790 coins.
