The Miasma is one of the four skins released under the Riders of the Apocalypse part of the Apocalypse offer. It could be purchased on an individual basis using game coins in mid December 2017.
The Miasma could be purchased in the Skins Shop under the ‘Apocalypse’ tab for 690 coins. It was available for a limited time and may not be available for purchase in the future.
