Smelly is one of the three skins released under the April's Tomfoolery offer. It was available for individual purchase using game coins in late March 2017.
Smelly could be purchased in the Skins Shop under the 'April Fools' tab for 4900 coins. It was only available for purchase for a limited time. There may be few opportunities to acquire it in the future.
