Premium Rewards can be unlocked by buying a Golden Pass or the Elite Deal. A Golden Pass and 2500 coins can be purchased for $4.99. The Elite Deal can be purchased for $9.99. It included the Kooler skin, 4500 coins and 370 tokens.
