Scarab is one of the three skins released under the Treasures part of the Egyptian offer. It could be purchased as part of an item deal for a limited time in early October 2017.
Scarab could be purchased for $4.99 in a deal that included 3250 coins. It could also be purchased for $19.99 in the "Best Deal!" which included the Anubis skin and either 50000 coins (Browser) or 1800 DNA (Mobile). It was not available for individual purchase and may not be available for purchase in the future.

Note: The Treasures sub-offer has been released multiple times after the initial 2017 debut. While the skins remained the same, the prices and included game items varied between some releases. The general release history for the Scarab skin is as follows:
- July 2019 - $1.99 for Scarab and 3250 coins, $9.99 for Scarab, Anubis and 30000 coins.
- November 2020 - $2.99 for Scarab and 3500 coins, $9.99 for Scarab, Anubis and 2600 DNA.
- 2021 (3 Releases), 2022 (4 Releases), 2023 (2 Releases) - $1.99 for Scarab and 3250 coins, $9.99 for Scarab, Anubis and 30000 coins.
