Pencil is one of the six skins released under the Art Mania offer. It could be purchased on an individual basis with game coins in mid January 2018.
Pencil could be purchased in the Skins Shop under the 'Art' tab for 490 coins. This skin was available for a limited time and may not be available for purchase in the future.
Details of this skin may vary depending on location, platform or time.
Note: The Art Mania offer has been released many times after the original 2018 debut. While the included skins remained the same, the prices did vary between these limited time releases. The prices for all releases of the Pencil skin varied between either 490 or 790 coins.
