Pandamonium is one of the three skins released in one part of the Birthday Bonanza offer. It could be purchased as part of an item deal in late July 2021.
Pandamonium could be purchased for $4.99 in a deal that included 10000 coins, 250 DNA and an Epic Potion. It could also be purchased for $12.99 in another deal that included 15000 coins, 1600 DNA, a Legendary Potion and the Party Howl skin. Pandamonium was not available for individual purchase and it may not be available for purchase in the future.
