Evil Master is one of the two skins released in the Duel of Masters offer. It could be purchased for a limited time as part of an item deal in December 2016.
Evil Master could be purchased for $9.99 in a deal that included 16000 coins. It could also be purchased for $19.99 in the "Best Deal!" which included the Space Warden skin and 50000 coins. It was not available for individual purchase and may not be available for purchase in the future.

Note: The Duel of Masters offer has been released multiple times after the initial 2016 debut. While the skins remained the same, the prices and included game items varied between releases. All additional limited time releases of Evil Master were part of one of the following sets of item deals:
