ElBillion is one of the three skins released under the Anime Nation III part of the Anime offer. It was available for individual purchase using game coins in mid September 2020.
ElBillion could be purchased in the Skins Shop under the 'Anime' tab for 2300 coins. It was available for a limited time and may not be available for purchase in the future.
