Devious is one of the two skins released in the Season 12 (Halloween) event. It could be acquired for a limited time from mid October to early November 2020.
Devious could be acquired by reaching Rank 20 and by purchasing a Golden Pass for $4.99 during the event period. There may be few opportunities to acquire this skin in the future.

Note: Devious was released again in the Blast from the Past offer in April 2023. In this limited time offer Devious could be purchased for $1.99 in an updated item deal. The Monster Blob skin, a 24 Hour 2x XP Boost, 1000 coins and 130 DNA were also included in this deal.
