Derpy Pterodactly could be purchased for $4.99 in a deal that included 10000 coins, 250 DNA and an Epic Potion. It could also be purchased for $12.99 in a deal that included 15000 coins, a Legendary Potion, 1600 DNA and the Derpy Spinosaurus skin. It was not available for individual purchase and there may be few opportunities to acquire this skin in the future.
