Derpy Elasmosaurus is one of the three skins released under the Derpy Dinos offer. It could be purchased as part of an item deal for a limited time in early May 2021.
Derpy Elasmosaurus could be purchased for $4.99 in a deal that included 10000 coins, 250 DNA and an Epic Potion. It could also be purchased for $12.99 in a deal that included 15000 coins, a Legendary Potion, 1600 DNA and the Derpy T-Rex skin. It was not available for individual purchase and there may be few opportunities to acquire this skin in the future.

Note: The Derpy Dinos offer has been released many times after its original debut in 2021. The item deals with Derpy Elasmosaurus remained exactly the same for each of these limited time release.
