Cool Agent is one of the three skins released under the Time Heroes part of the Time Travel offer. It could be individually purchased with game coins in January 2017.
Cool Agent could be purchased in the Skins Shop under the 'Time Travel' tab for 2900 coins. This skin was available for a limited time and may not be available for purchase in the future.

Note: The Time Heroes sub-offer has been released many times after its initial 2017 debut. The last three limited time releases were in February 2022, March 2023 and then in August 2023. The price for Cool Agent remained at 2900 coins for each of these releases.
