Calico Jack is one of the three skins released in Pirate Planet event. It could be purchased in the item deal part of that event in early December 2020.
Calico Jack could be purchased for $14.99 in a limited time deal which included a package of 11000 coins, 2600 DNA and 3000 gems. It was not available for individual purchase and may not be available for purchase in the future.

Note: The Pirate Planet event was open again for a limited time in late July 2021. The deal to acquire Calico Jack remained the same as the original release.
