I'm not sure about that. There are some early skins (around 2016) that have yet to be re-released.
You missed one important potion. The mobile exclusive Battle Potion! I just opened a few and all three special skin pieces seem to always be from the most recent Mystery Skins.
So, did the issue just go away after a few weeks? I didn't buy any July skins.
Yeah, eventually a page like Classic or Original Team Mode has to be created and linked from the current one. But, I think we should wait until Miniclp finalizes the updates. I'm hoping they restore the original Team Mode while keeping the new one as well.
It was probably that anonymous user (blocked) who keep adding that "gta" category to every page.
If anyone wants to talk wiki, then use that "Live! Chat" feature. The avatar of logged in members will appear there. The problem is we're all in different time zones.

This seemed to be a temporary issue on the browser version. The keyword skins appear to be working for most players now. It was probably related to the recent updates.
Mystery Skins and Potions are now available in the browser version of the game.
Mystery Skins are still exclusive to the mobile version of the game. They will not appear on the browser skin list even if unlocked on mobile.
I would check on another platform (Android or Browser) to confirm the issue. But, since you changed your system time, you might have to contact Miniclip for help.
