Opened a massive amount of regular potions
Bought a PREMIUM mystery potion for 1800 DNA (supposed to give AT LEAST 8 Special) but just gave me all repeats of the regular skins.
What gives?

You missed one important potion. The mobile exclusive Battle Potion! I just opened a few and all three special skin pieces seem to always be from the most recent Mystery Skins.
